  • FREE Professional Oven Cleaning: Clean and degrease oven, hob and grill, grill pan and oven racks, inner top of the oven. Wipe and clean the rubber seal.
  • Toaster: Clean and remove any leftover crumbs, the outside and under the appliance beneath
  • Clear inside and outside all cupboards and drawers. Cleaning the grime around the handles.
  • Dust the rubbish bin – clean the top and beneath it.
  • Scrub, descale and wipe the sink. Clean and throw away any food debris, dirt or around the sink drain.
  • Clean and dry all the wall tiles and grout.
  • Vacuum and mop the floors, polish the smooth surfaces

*NOTE: Fridges and freezers should be defrosted in advance.

  • Bathtub, toilet, bidet, shower cubicles: Check and remove any hair around the drainage, remove all limescale, clean tiles with a dry cloth.
  • Clean all taps and fittings, remove limescale and wipe
  • Clean the sink, sink cabinet and soap dispenser
  • Wipe and dust the radiator and towel rail
  • Clean and polish all mirrors and glass
  • Wipe and clean the extractor fans from dust and dirt
  • Clean the pipework and plumbing behind the toilet if accessible
  • Mop and scrub the floor

  • Doors: Wipe the top of all doors and door frames, clean any door marks

What is not included as part of the end of tenancy cleaning?

We will not try to wash the walls and the ceilings. We will however clean all cobwebs. We can wash/clean the walls if you ask us to do it. This service will cost extra and the entire responsibility will be yours should any damage to the walls occurs. Not included in the end of tenancy cleaning are: carpet cleaning, exterior windows, any external areas (patios, gardens, external staircases, parking spaces, balconies, terraces). Please also note that we don’t defrost freezers. The freezer has to be defrosted by the customer so that our cleaning team can clean it inside and out.

Do you clean carpets and upholstery?

All carpets and upholstered amenities will be vacuum cleaned. If you want those done up to professional standards – you can add carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning at preferential rates as combined services as you book a cleaner.

Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?

Our end of tenancy cleaning team is fully equipped with all necessary chemicals and professional equipment. You only need to provide access to your property, water and electricity.

What Equipment do you Use?

We use Prochem professional carpet, upholstery and general cleaning equipment. Our end of tenancy cleaning teams use the necessary detergents, materials and professional equipment for a guaranteed service.

Do you provide some document or other proof that the flat/house was professionally cleaned?

Yes, we provide a receipt that clearly states that the following property was cleaned to a professional standard by a cleaning company.

How many people should I expect to perform the job?

It highly depends on the size of the property and the amount of work. In most cases, we usually send a team of 2 or 3 post-tenancy cleaners.

How early can I schedule an appointment?

The first slot in our schedule starts from 7am and the last one is from 4pm. Other slot options range from 8am, 9am, and 12am to 2pm and 3pm.

Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?

To ensure the best possible results for your move out, please make sure to defrost the fridge/freezer about 24 hours before the service begins. If the fridge/freezer is still frozen when the tenancy cleaners arrive, they might not be able to properly clean it.

Can I order this service if I am about to enter into a tenancy agreement, not end it?

Yes, you can. This cleaning service is suitable for post- and pre-tenancy occasions.
